Long Term Disability

Eligible corporate employees and store managers have access to long-term disability benefits. Participating employees who become totally disabled for an extended period of time due to sickness or injury can receive 60% of their average monthly earnings, up to age 65, based on the disability. The benefit is 0.37% of insured earings.

Enrollment Options

Current Employees: Enroll annually during Open Enrollment, or within the 60 days following a Qualifying Life Change event.

New Employees: Within Your First 60 Days.

Enrolling After Your New Hire Period: If you are enrolling for this benefit for the first time and you are outside of your new hire initial enrollment window, you must complete an Evidence of Insurability form and submit it to MetLife for approval.
