Costco Preferred Pharmacy Network
Employees may now purchase medication via the Costco Preferred Pharmacy Network or Costco Mail Order.
Using the Costco network will keep your drug costs the same in 2022, while using Costco Mail Order could cost you even less.
Out-of-Network Pharmacies
If you use a pharmacy outside of the Costco network, you will still have a $5 deductible, however you will also need to pay 10% of the cost of the drug.
