Why can’t I add my spouse or child during enrollment?

Check the Beneficiaries and Dependents section in UKG. The individual must have a complete dependent profile and be designated appropriately before the system will allow the person to be added to benefit coverage.

The dependent profile may require information such as Social Security number, date of birth, gender designation required by the carrier, relationship, and other eligibility information before enrollment can be completed.
