Failing to take action during Open Enrollment won’t disrupt your current benefits. They’ll automatically renew and proceed into the new year, albeit at the updated premium rates for 2025.

However, for those who are part of our Flexible Spending Account (FSA) plan, you MUST log into your account and renew your FSA plan. Inaction will result in the termination of your FSA coverage after December 31, 2024.
