Employee Self Service (ESS)

We’re excited to introduce the new Employee Self Service portal (ESS), a streamlined system designed to make managing leaves of absence and accommodations easier for everyone. This portal is a significant upgrade from our previous email-based process, offering a more efficient, organized, and secure way for employees and managers to manage leave requests.

Key Features of the ESS portal:

  • Leave Requests: Employees can now submit leave requests directly through the portal, reducing the need for emails and manual tracking.
  • Leave Tracking: Employees can track the status of their leave requests in real time and see how much leave they have remaining.
  • Document Upload: Easily upload necessary documentation for accommodations or leave requests, ensuring everything is in one place.
  • Manager Access: Supervisors and managers can request leave on behalf of employees, review upcoming leaves, and keep track of leave schedules for their team.
  • Privacy: All leave details are kept confidential and are only accessible to the employee and the Leave team, ensuring privacy and compliance with regulations.

This new system brings increased transparency, reduces administrative time, and ensures that both employees and managers have a simple, secure way to manage leave and accommodations.
