Carelon Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program is confidential and free for all Genesco employees. Not only can you and any member of your household receive up to 6 FREE counseling sessions each, but the EAP also offers tools to help recognize the signs of poor mental health, and conversation guides on how to talk with friends, family, and co-workers that you may be concerned about. Teladoc

When you need non-emergent mental health support but can’t manage to make it to the doctor’s office, Teladoc offers eligible employees 24/7 access to online doctor’s visits. For information on how to access Teladoc, Click here.

National Mental Health Hotline

If you need emergency mental health support, the National Mental Health Hotline is a great resource that is free and confidential for anyone to use 24/7. The hotline offers help for those struggling with their own mental health, as well as those trying to support a loved one who is struggling with mental health.
